Refunds and Cancellations – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility for Refunds
   Refund requests for teams or individual participants must be submitted no later than one (1) week prior to the commencement of ReyCup.
2. Late Refund Requests
   Refund requests submitted within one (1) week of the tournament start date will not be accepted.
   Exception: In cases of injury or other documented health-related matters, refund requests submitted within one (1) week prior to the start of the tournament may be considered for an eighty percent (80%) refund, subject to approval by the tournament organizers.
3. Refund Request Procedure
   All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to reycup@reycup.is and must include the following information:
   • Reason for the refund request
   • Player name
   • Team name
   • Coach name
   • Bank details for reimbursement
4. Refund Approval and Processing
   Refunds will be issued only if the request is approved and all required information is provided accurately. Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund percentage.
5. General Provisions
   The tournament organizers reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and to make the final determination regarding eligibility and reimbursement.
