ReyCup 2026 came to a memorable close as the tournament finals were played at Laugardalsvöllur, Iceland’s National Stadium. Under beautiful sunshine and in front of an outstanding atmosphere created by players, coaches, families and supporters, the tournament finished in perfect fashion. ReyCup once again delivered what it is all about, great football, new friendships and unforgettable memories.
In the U14 Girls final, FC Bayern Munich claimed the title with an impressive 3–0 victory over Þróttur. Salome Carvalho-Savarese was named Player of the Match.
The U14 Boys final saw Ascent Soccer defeat Selfoss 2–0 to lift the championship trophy. Howard Zimba Magawa earned the Player of the Match award.
In the U16 Girls final, FC Bayern Munich celebrated another title after a dominant 4–0 win over Ascent Soccer. Theresa Heindl was selected as Player of the Match.
The closest contest of the day came in the U16 Boys final, where ÍA edged Valur 1–0 to become ReyCup 2026 champions. Styrmir Gíslason was named Player of the Match for his outstanding performance.
